Ordering
Ordering with us is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply search our available products by using the search box on the left hand side. Then click on the buy button at the details page of any product you want. The item will then be added to your cart. Once finished, click on checkout. To remove a single item simply click on the item name. This will take you to the details page on that item. Then click on remove to remove only that item from your cart.

Pricing
This site is current, including all pricing, as at May 2013. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. For other currencies please see currency exchange.

Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept cheque, money orders, direct deposit, Western Union cash transfers or collect from our Sydney Shop.
You can pay via bank transfer - our bank details are: Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Account: Australian Chess Enterprises. BSB: 062596. Account Number: 1024-0952.

PayPal
We also accept PayPal payments. Here are the instructions for using PayPal.

• Choose the PayPal option on our order page and order normally
• After you have an Order Confirmation then go to the PayPal site at www.paypal.com and login
• Click on Send Money on the top menu
• Pay the amount to info@chessaustralia.com.au

Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched same-day or within a few days from acceptance of order. The average delivery time in Australia is 4 days. We will normally notify you if there will be any delay in dispatching. Orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

For delivery times for normal postage within Australia please see normal postage. For delivery times for express postage within Australia see express postage. Delivery times for international airmail orders is between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the zone. To check what zone your country is in and to find the usual delivery time see international postage. Express is by fastest means possible (ie. less than 6 work days). See the postage table below for a summary of all these delivery times.

Postage
Below is the calculation of the postage on this site. These are flat percentages based on the total order amount depending on where in Australia or The World you are! The postage for each order is calculated using the column rate below. If the total postage exceeds Max below then it is set to Max. If postage for a single item is less than the column Min below then it is set to Min. Note. For certain bulky items we may need to calculate orders on an individual basis eg. Giant Chess sets.
